Outline of Research at the Start

22q11.2欠失症候群（22qDS）患者の小児期から成人期への移行（Transition）を円滑に行うための移行支援プログラムの基盤構築を目的に，患者とその家族の包括的な成長や育児の過程を記録し，22qDS患者の実態について把握する．多くの22qDS患者に多系統の障害を認める．障害程度は軽重様々だが，生涯に亘り医療ケアは必須である． 22qDS患者は知能に比して，認知機能や言語スキルの偏りが顕著で，生きにくさ・養育の大変さは軽視できない．そこで，効果的な支援を設計する基盤構築のために，前・後方視的に22qDS患者の身体・認知等のデータを収集し，包括的プロフィールを作成する．
