Outline of Research at the Start

1型糖尿病をもつ思春期患児は、療養行動を行うための心理的負担が大きく、療養行動が適切に行えない現状や身体面の変化などから血糖コントロールが不安定になりやすいことが明らかとなっている。
一方で療養行動を受け入れ、適切に行うことができる1型糖尿病をもつ思春期患児もおり、療養行動や糖尿病である自分自身を受け入れ、困難を乗り越えていく過程をレジリエンスという概念で分類した時に「支援してくれる周囲の人がいる」と語られたが、支援方法については明らかとされていない。以上より本研究では、1型糖尿病をもつ思春期患児のレジリエンスを高める支援方法を明らかにすることを目的とする。
