Outline of Research at the Start

近年、分娩を取り扱う医療機関が減少し、周産期医療施設の集約化が顕著となってきている。そのため、災害時には、特に医療過疎地域において分娩をはじめとする産科医療に産婦人科医師や助産師が立ち会えない状況が想定される。その場合、普段産科医療に関わることがない医療従事者が妊産婦への初期対応を行わなければならない状況が生じてくる。今回の研究では、①災害を想定して産婦人科医師や助産師以外の医療従事者が妊産婦の初期対応を行うための知識と技術の習得を目的とした教育プログラムの開発、②その教育プログラムの有効性を評価するために、医療従事者向けの妊産婦対応自己評価ツールを開発し、災害時の妊産婦行動支援を目指す。
