Outline of Research at the Start

産後うつ病は，育児困難による母子の関係性および子どもの発達，児童虐待にリスクをもたらすことから産後支援の重要性が増している。2017年産婦健康診査事業で，エジンバラ産後うつ病質問票のスクリーニングが展開された現在，産後うつ病予防に向けた産後早期の支援が課題となっている。本研究では，産後１ヵ月の産後うつ症状のある母親を対象に，母子の関係性を客観的に評価し母子の関係性促進に向け，介入プログラムを開発する。母子の関係性評価尺度およびプログラムは，世界各地で使用されているNCASTを活用する。研究協力機関のNCAST国際認定看護者がプログラムを実施し，評価と実現可能性の示唆を得ることを目的とする。
