Outline of Research at the Start

乳児の過剰な泣きは、母親の育児不安、ストレスを高め、産後うつや虐待の要因にもなっている。そこで、本研究ではアンドラゴジーの理論を基盤とした助産師向け「乳児の泣きに困っている母親へのケア」実践教育プログラムを開発し、評価することを目的とする。プログラムは、国内外の文献検討と助産師の支援の実際、現場のニーズ調査を参考にして作成する。本研究により、助産師の支援がより効果的になり、母児のQOL（Quality of Life）向上への貢献が期待できる。
