Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではこれまでの研究成果を基盤とし、将来の健やかな妊娠・出産を見据え、新しいプレコンセプションケアを中心とした若年女性のウエルネス向上につながる健康支援パッケージ作成を目指す。
研究計画として、３つの主要テーマ（１．セルフケア実施前の健康状態の可視化、２．プレコンセプションケアに関する意識調査とセルフケア方法の提示、３．セルフケア実施後の健康状態評価）を予定している。
