Outline of Research at the Start

①島で働く助産師の背景・勤務条件（a)島で働く助産師の現状調査、ｂ) 島の産科医療体制ecology model調査）、②島での公的・互助的出産支援調査を同時進行で研究を各研究分担者で行い、最終年度に総ての研究成果から、産科施設からの遠隔地域でも持続可能な出産できる医療体制・支援体制の提示を目指す。
