| Outline of Research at the Start |
近年、産後うつや妊産婦の自殺、母親が加害者となる乳児の虐待死等、周産期におけるメンタルヘルスケアが喫緊の課題として浮上している。そこで、本研究は出産体験の振り返りを支援する根拠となるライフストーリー理論を活用した看護介入モデルを構築し、出産体験の自己評価尺度改訂版とエジンバラ産後うつ尺度、母親役割受容尺度を使って看護介入モデルの効果を検証する。
具体的には以下の3段階で研究を実施する。
第1段階：出産体験の自己評価尺度改訂版の作成
第2段階：出産体験の振り返りの支援に関する実態調査
第3段階：ライフストーリー理論を活用した出産体験の振り返り支援における看護介入モ
デルの構築と有効性の検証
