Outline of Research at the Start

歯周病が早産や低出生体重児出産などを引き起こす可能性があると考えられているが、現在も妊婦歯科健診の受診率が変わらず低い現状に課題を感じる。近年、医療現場でナッジ理論が受診勧奨等に活用されていることに着目し、本研究ではナッジ理論を活用した受診勧奨を行うことにより妊婦歯科健診受診率の向上を目指す。研究１として介入地域および住民に対する事前調査フォーマティブリサーチを行い、妊婦歯科健診受診に関する要因を把握し、その結果を踏まえナッジ理論の活用方法を検討する。研究２としてナッジ理論を活用した受診勧奨を行う群と通常の受診勧奨を行う群とを比較し妊婦歯科健診受診率が向上するのか検証する。
