Outline of Research at the Start

年齢層が幅広い若年認知症本人の家族介護者は、高齢者の認知症介護者以上に認知症による心理的、社会的、経済的負担が大きく、介護負担感、ストレス、抑うつ状態で健康障害を招いている。研究者らは、現在、健康障害とストレス要因の関連を「見える化」した支援フローチャートを構築している。
本研究では、ストレス要因がSelf-Compassionの相反する概念であることを確認し、若年認知症家族介護者の早期疾病予防として、支援ニードと支援フローチャートの合体シートの活用を基に、Self-Compassionの技法の有用性を評価する看護介入法の試作を行うことである。
