Outline of Research at the Start

近年，炎症性腸疾患（inflammatory bowel disease；以下IBD）患者が急増している。疾患による腸管症状が人との付き合いに関連があることが示されているが，わが国のIBD女性の性行為を含めた恋愛や結婚といった人との付き合いに注目した報告はほとんどみられず，実態は明らかになっていない。したがって，「IBD女性は，性行為を含めた恋愛・結婚に至るまでの人との付き合いに関してどのような困難があり，どう乗り越えてきたか，加えて医療職者へのニーズとは何か」を本研究の問いとする。
