Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ダウン症候群のある乳児とその家族の早期支援を意図した、「親子関係形成」に関する支援体制の構築を目指すことである。ダウン症候群児の母親は、わが子に対する複雑な心理描写により「母子関係形成」が遅延する可能性があり、乳児期における育児状況や母子関係へ影響を及ぼすことが考えられる。また、父親のわが子への受容が母親の心の安定につながるとされ、本研究の成果は、①「親子関係形成」を促進する支援をすること、そのことが、②母親・父親の【早期介入プログラム】への参加促進につながり、③母親・父親のメンタルヘルスや、④ダウン症候群児の成長・発達の促進につながることが期待できるものである。
