Outline of Research at the Start

2022年4月より、HPVワクチン接種の積極的勧奨が9年ぶりに再開された。しかし長期におよんだ接種勧奨の差し控えによって、接種当事者は、接種に関する意思決定に困難を感じている。本研究の目的は、HPVワクチン接種において、接種当事者の効果的な意思決定を支援する情報提供システムを構築することである。申請者らはこれまでの研究において、HPVワクチンの接種に関する意思決定の過程に必要とされる情報内容や情報提供方法を明らかにした。その結果をもとに、情報提供システムの試作、システムの効果の評価と最適なシステムへの改良を実施し、HPVワクチンに関する意思決定を支援する情報提供システムの体系化を目指す。
