Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、外来がん化学療法中の独居高齢進行がん患者の訪問看護の現状と、彼らへの望ましいケアのありかたを、全国の訪問看護師への質問紙調査、および訪問看護師の語りから明らかにし、今後の訪問看護における患者の支援策と課題を探る。患者が自分らしくがんと共生しQODを高めるために必要な訪問看護のモデルと構築するための基礎的な研究である。
