Outline of Research at the Start

認知症グループホーム（GH）で暮らす認知症高齢者のアドバンスケアプランニング（ACP）と看取り地域システムの開発を研究目的とする。全国から3000GHを調査対象として抽出し、質問紙法によりACPと看取りの実態と地域の課題を分析する。さらに、計画的にACPを行い積極的に看取りを実施しているGHの参加観察とインタビュー法、及びフオーカスグループ法によりACPと看取りの実施効果と課題解決法を検討する。
