Outline of Research at the Start

高齢がん患者が手術を受けた場合の回復における看護支援の充実が求められる中，withコロナに伴い身体の虚弱（身体的フレイル）のみならず，身体的フレイルと軽度認知機能障害が共存する認知的フレイルの状態にある高齢者の増加が推察される。特に大腸がんは，比較的罹患年齢が高く認知的フレイルを併発する患者も一定の割合で存在すると考えられ，通常の手術を受ける患者とは異なる配慮や看護支援の明確化が重要と考える。本研究の目的は，高齢大腸がん患者が手術を受けた場合の回復の特徴について明らかにし，その結果を踏まえ，認知的フレイル高齢大腸がん患者の術後回復促進を目指した看護介入プログラムを構築し検証を行うことである。
