Outline of Research at the Start

高齢者のヘルスリテラシー（健康情報の入手・理解・活用の能力）は、健康寿命の短縮要因であるフレイルの発症に関連することが近年明らかになっている。健康情報のデジタル化が著しくなる中で、「eヘルスリテラシー」の重要性が高まっているが、フレイルとの関連は明らかではない点がある。本研究は、デジタル分野の情報格差が大きいとされる中山間地域において、高齢者のeヘルスリテラシーがフレイル発症に及ぼす影響を横断的・縦断的に調査し、関連を明らかにしてフレイル予防のエビデンスを創り出すものである。
