Outline of Research at the Start	近年、自閉スペクトラム症者の数が増加傾向にあると言われている。そのような状況下で、訪問看護ケアを受けながら地域生活を送る自閉スペクトラム症者も多くいる。訪問看護を受ける自閉スペクトラム症者がどのように看護ケアをとらえているかを自閉スペクトラム症者の声から明らかにする。また、訪問看護を受ける自閉スペクトラム症者のストレスの変化をとらえ、訪問看護ケアが自閉スペクトラム症者へどのような影響をもたらしているかを明らかにする。これら2つの面から訪問看護師の看護ケアを評価し、効果的な訪問看護ケアへの示唆を得ることを目的する。
