Outline of Research at the Start

精神障がいを抱える被保護者は、生活習慣病を併せ持つことが多く、また、被保護者健康管理支援事業（2021年1月実施）の中で頻回受診など多くの課題を有している。しかし、同被保護者の健康管理の意識やニーズなどの実態把握は、個人情報保護の観点などから、一部の担当者以外は知ることが出来ない。地域在住の精神障がいを抱える被保護者の健康管理を効果的かつ効率的に支援するためには、同被保護者自身の健康管理に関する意識やニーズと福祉事務所等の（同被保護者）担当者の健康管理支援に関する意識や実施している支援を明らかにする必要がある。本研究では両者の意識やニーズと支援のズレに着目し、健康管理支援の課題を明らかにする。
