Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、認知症ケアを担う高齢者施設の協力を得て、ケアを担う人材と共にアクションリサーチの手法を用いて日常倫理を考える文化をつくり、ケアの質に寄与する実践的な研究である。具体的には、認知症ケアの場で日常倫理を考える多職種による話し合いの実態調査をふまえ（実態把握）、高齢者施設等の多職種と協働で各場での日常倫理を考える話し合いの課題を抽出し（課題分析）、日常的に価値共創型の話し合う場をつくり（計画）、計画を継続的に行い（実行）、実践の評価（評価）、改善案を提示（具体案）するという、アクションリサーチの手法を用い、認知症ケアの場で価値共創型の対話を通して日常倫理を考える対話文化の構築を目指す。
