研究期間内において支援者が、前半期にリフレクティング・プロセスのトレーニングを行い、後半期に当事者、家族、関係者とともに対話実践を行うことで、支援の際に起きる葛藤を減らし、精神障害者の回復への有効性を高めるための対話実践モデルを作成する。
