Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、健診保健師の相談技術を高める教育プログラムを開発することが目的である。健診施設は、二次予防にとどまらず一次予防としての役割が求められている。その役割の中心を担う保健師についての育成プログラムは示されていない。
本研究では、まず質的研究により熟練健診保健師にインタビューを行い、健診保健師の相談技術として必要な要素を抽出する。次に抽出された相談技術項目から調査票を作成し、健診保健師を対象に質問紙調査を行い、これらの結果から相談技術のスキルアップに関するニーズを明らかにし、その結果からクリニカルラダーに合わせた教育プログラムを新規開発、健診保健師の育成体制の確立を目指していく。
