Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、排便ケアの質向上にむけて、訪問看護師を中心とした居宅サービス間の連携を可能とする複合型多職種連携支援システムを開発することである。実施課題は、排便ケアに関わる居宅サービスの専門職を対象とした専門職連携実践の補強とICTを利活用した連携システムの２つから構成し、大学と自治体がパートナーシップを組みモデル事業の一つとする。
ICTの利活用により訪問看護師を中心とし居宅サービス間において情報共有、統一したケアを実施することで、あらゆる世帯に実施可能な複合型排便ケア支援システムの基盤構築を行い、将来的には三島モデルから全国へと発展させる。
