Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、対策型がん検診（胃がん、大腸がん、肺がん、子宮頸がん、乳がん）にて、
(1)検診の受診から病名開示に至るがん検診遂行のなかで心理的負担が生じることが推察される、①がん検診受診時、②検査結果通知後、③精密検査受診後・病名判定時の各時期における受診者の心理的負担（不安、うつ状態）を探索的に明らかにする、(2)がん検診受診に伴い生じる心理的負担の軽減に必要と考えられるがん検診の利益・不利益に関する受診者の理解状況を明らかにする、(3)がん検診受診経過ごとの心理的負担とがん検診の利益・不利益に関する理解状況との関連を検討する。
