Outline of Research at the Start

健康危機では、保健師は専門職として責任の重圧感を強く感じ、膨大な業務量に伴う不全感を持ち、疲弊して離職を余儀なくされている。危機的な状況下で発生する様々な課題、悩み等を解決するためには、自身のメンタルヘルスを守る研修や保健師としての専門的な技術・知識の習得の機会が必要である。知識や技術に不安があることメンタルヘルスに悪影響を及ぼすことを踏まえると、特に経験の浅い新任期保健師の心理的支援を含めた研修体制を構築していくことが急務である。本研究は、健康危機発生時に対応可能な新任期保健師の育成を目指し、発生時にも安定して柔軟にその能力が発揮できるための心理的支援プログラムの開発・検証を行う。
