Outline of Research at the Start

高齢化率の高い過疎地において、限られた社会資源を用いた「認知症を抱える家族介護者への持続可能な支援」を実現するために、自治体と地域住民、大学とが協同したケアモデルを開発することが目的である。まず過疎地において認知症高齢者を抱える家族介護者の介護状況の実態を調査し、自治体が実施する認知症総合支援事業の一環として、介護力を獲得するための支援プログラムを継続的に実施する。次いで家族介護者の介護力及びQOLの側面より官学地域協同体制の有効性を検証する。さらに得られた研究成果を用いて過疎地での家族介護者支援の適応ポイントを明確にし、モデルの普及と今後増加が見込まれる家族介護者への持続可能な支援をめざす。
