Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，摂食・嚥下障害看護認定看護師の実践知を集約することによって，看取り期にあり誤嚥性肺炎を繰り返す高齢者に安全な経口摂取を行うための行動指標の開発に取り組む。インタビュー結果をもとに試作を行い，現場での実現可能性を踏まえた精錬の後，全国調査を実施する。さらに臨床応用を試み，有効性を検証する。
