Outline of Research at the Start

我が国の結核罹患率は低まん延国の水準に達したが、現在でも毎年１万人以上が結核と診断され、約1千人が結核で死亡する。高齢者や外国出生者の割合が高く、生活背景は複雑化、多様化している。再発患者の割合が増えていることから、診断された患者を確実に治療終了に結び付け、発病に至った生活状況を改善し自立に向けた生活支援が重要である。本研究では、結核の発生状況に応じた対策の実態を明らかにし、罹患率低下速度の加速に必要な重層的支援体制を検討することである。
