Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、認知症の人の日常生活における意思実現のために、地域包括支援センターの専門職が実践の中で支援スキルを向上していけるようになることを目指し、まず意思実現支援スキル向上のためのICT学習支援システムに必要な構成要素を明確にする。次にICT学習支援システムの全体設計と運用方法を検討し、試作版を作成する。続いて試作版ICT学習システムを使用し、支援スキル向上の視点からシステムを評価・修正して完成させる。最後に完成版ICT学習システムを一定期間使用後、専門職の支援スキルが向上したか効果を検証する。
