申請者らは、多職種が連携して高齢者の口腔保健活動を支援することの必要性を明らかにしてきた。本研究計画では、主体的・持続的な学びと他者との協働を促進するアクティブ・ラーニングの手法を用いたオーラルフレイル予防の健康教育研修プログラムを開発し、カークパトリックの4段階評価法を用いて①研修の満足度、②オーラルフレイルの知識、③口腔機能訓練の行動変容、④成果（オーラルフレイルや口腔機能低下症の項目）から効果を検証する。口腔保健行動の継続に向けた健康教育の確立に貢献できると考える。
