Outline of Research at the Start

体罰や暴言といった繊細な設問に対してそのような状態にあると回答している親子への支援は難しい面があり、どの保健師が対応してもある一定の質を担保する一つの方策として継続支援ガイドが必要である。
①質問紙調査により、乳幼児健診時の問診項目「体罰」や「暴言」等の子育て上の不適切な行動があると回答した親への全国の市町村の保健師の継続支援の見極めと支援内容の現状を明らかにする、②面接調査により、親への継続的支援の必要性を見極める熟練保健師のアセスメントとその後の支援内容を質的に明らかにする③上記①②より保健師の継続支援ガイドを考案する。
