Outline of Research at the Start

在宅医療・ケアのカスタマーは、疾病や障害を持つ在宅療養者とその家族で、支援を必要とする立場にある人たちであることから、カスタマーハラスメント（以下、カスハラ）か否かの判別は非常に難しい。カスハラ、あるいはカスハラかどうか悩んだ事例についてインタビューし、収集事例から倫理的、法的、ハラスメント対策の視点から分析する。その結果をもとに、カスハラとして対応すべき判別のポイントを明確にし、在宅医療・ケアのカスハラ分析シートまたはチェックシートを作成する。また、在宅医療・ケアのカスハラ分析シートまたはチェックシートを活用し、在宅ケアにおけるカスハラ対策を実施する多職種の人材育成プログラムを開発する。
