| Outline of Research at the Start |
在宅のがん患者は、身体機能低下や日常生活動作能力（ADL）低下が生じている。がん患者は、ADLが生存率に影響しており、在宅のがん患者でも同様なことが推測される。そのため、がん患者は在宅でもリハビリテーション介入が必要となるが、本邦では在宅において十分な介入が実施されていない現状がある。
本研究では在宅のがん患者に対して、まずADLの改善に向けた効果的なリハビリテーションプログラムを開発する。次に、開発したリハビリテーションプログラムの効果判定を行う。本研究の結果は、がん患者のADLを改善させるとともに、将来的にはがん患者の生存率の向上を図ることを目標とする。
