Outline of Research at the Start

がん対策推進基本計画により、全医療従事者に対しがんと診断されたときからの緩和ケアの取り組みが明示されている。本研究では全国のがん診療連携拠点病院の外来看護師を対象に、外来看護師が捉えるがん緩和ケアの認識と実践、関連要因を明らかにするための質問紙調査を実施する。研究対象は緩和ケアの均てん化の観点から全国の外来看護師とし、マルチレベル分析を用いて、個人並びに環境による緩和ケアへの関連要因を明らかする。研究成果は外来における緩和ケアの在り方のみならず、今後の外来システム構築にも示唆をもたらすことができる。
