Outline of Research at the Start

精神科医療では「入院医療中心から地域生活中心へ」という支援が取り組まれている。地域移行に向けた実践ではリカバリーが重要な概念であり，専門職者のリカバリー志向性の重要性が指摘されている。地域の中核病院として地域完結型医療を目指す一般病院においても，リカバリー志向性を備えた看護師の育成が必要と考えられる。
本研究の目的は，一般病院の精神科に勤務する看護師のリカバリー志向性を促進する要因・阻害要因を明確にし，精神科に勤務する看護師のリカバリー志向性を高めるプログラムの開発に取り組むことである。これにより，精神疾患をもつ人の主体的な生き方を支援し，地域生活への移行を実現することにつながると考える。
