Outline of Research at the Start

特養ユニットケアにおけるIPWの構造を明らかにして教育プログラムを開発し，その実施・検証を行うことを目的とする。Rossiらのプログラム評価研究法に基づき，１）これまでに我々が明らかにした特養ユニットケアにおけるIPWの実際，実践者・専門家らによる検討にて「特養IPW調査票原案」を作成する。２）質問紙調査により，特養IPWの構成要素の抽出と構造化を試みる。３）特養IPWの構成要素と構造をもとに，特養の多職種を対象としたIPW教育プログラムを作成し，特養の多職種と共に，実現可能性の確認と形成的評価（表面妥当性）を行う。４）施設で教育プログラムを実施展開し，プロセス評価とアウトカム評価を行う。
