Outline of Research at the Start

メンタルヘルス不調は欠勤の長期化や再発率の高さから経済的損失が大きい。不調者の職場復帰には、医療専門職の産業医や産業保健看護職と、非医療専門職の人事労務担当者などの多職種連携が重要性である。しかし、産業保健現場の多職種連携の実態を測定した研究や、連携により職場復帰にどのような成果が得られたのかを評価した研究は見当たらない。
そこで、我々は日本の産業保健の現場に適した多職種連携測定ツールを開発しそれを用いて職場復帰との関連を検証する。
