Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は中山間地域の介護予防の課題解決のため、中山間地域と大学とを特殊なICT機器
で結んで学生による遠隔介護予防教室を行い、その介護予防効果を確認するものである。
中山間地域の介護予防の課題として地理的制約、指導者不足による介護予防の不十分さが
ある。これを解決するためにICTを活用した遠隔介護予防が期待されているが、既存の研究では高齢者のICT操作性とWi-Fi費用が問題で継続性が担保できない状況がある。
そこで本研究では遠隔医療にも用いられている「テレビのリモコンだけで操作できる機器」と「free wi-fi」を用いて遠隔介護予防教室を行い、中山間地域の介護予防の課題を解決する。
