Outline of Research at the Start

多くの高齢者はいかに自分らしく生き抜くかということに感心を持っている。現状ではシェアード・ディシジョン・メイキング（SDM）が進められているが、高齢者の意向を反映したケアの方法を試行錯誤している。
本研究では、その人の人生の流れの中に存在する意向を生きる証として継続的なインタビューを動画記録する。この記録をRecords of Owns Storying（ROS）と命名し、SDMに反映させてケアを行う。
研究の評価は本人および家族のQOL、ケアに対する満足度、ROS活用への満足度とする。これは、国民ひとりひとりの生き方や生きる意味を支えるためのケアを構築する重要な研究である。
