Outline of Research at the Start

研究1として、がんサバイバーに対面による聞き取り調査を行い、災害時における治療継続に必要な備えや認識に関する項目をリスト化する。研究2として、外来看護師にグループインタビューを行い、災害時の治療継続に必要な備えと支援に関する項目を協議しリスト化する。研究3として、研究1、2より得た項目と先行研究によって作成した質問紙を用い、がんサバイバーに対し自記式質問紙調査を行い、病状や治療に応じた判断や行動、治療継続の障壁を明らかにする。その上で、「通院治療するがんサバイバーの災害時における治療継続のためのネットワーク会議」を設立し、災害時に治療継続できる体制について協議し整備する。
