| Outline of Research at the Start |
保健師は、住民の健康状態を守るため、自然災害発生時に迅速な対応が求められる。しかし保健師によって、災害発生時の対応について理解や習熟度にばらつきがあり、役割を十分に果たせていない。このため、就業年数に関わらず、どこにいても、安全確保、安否報告から災害時の保健師活動開始の行動を、各自で即時に、安全に始められるよう、災害時アクションカードの開発と、そのカードの携帯端末ツール開発を行う。保健師版アクションカードは研究者が関わって開発したものがあり、いつでも使えるよう携帯端末ツールを開発することが、本研究の新規性であり、独自性である。開発されたツールにより、災害時の住民の安全と健康を守ることに繋がる。
