| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、健常中高年女性を対象に骨盤底筋群の収縮方法を指導し、指導方法の違い①体表触察+経腹法による超音波画像装置を用いる群（エコー群）、②体表触察のみの群（対照群）による群間における骨盤底挙上距離・挙上率の違いを検証し、効果的な指導法を客観的に提示するための基礎的データを構築することを目的とした基礎的研究である。本邦ではPFMTを提供するために必要な骨盤底機能評価の実施方法がグローバルスタンダードと異なっており、医療者間にも指導方法の差異があるなど問題が積み残されている。標準治療提供の観点から、本邦の社会的実状に適したPFMTの提案の一助とすべく本研究を実施する。
