Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、笑いと下垂体後葉ホルモンの寿命延伸効果および健康寿命延伸効果を明らかにすることを目的としている。バゾプレシン遺伝子多型と笑う頻度、生命予後の関連、さらにバゾプレシン受容体とオキシトシン 受容体の遺伝子多型の交互作用についても検討する。山形県コホート研究のバゾプレシンおよびオキシトシン受容体遺伝子多型のデータも活用する。バゾプレシンおよびオキシトシン 受容体遺伝子多型と笑いの関連、寿命延伸効果についてはこれまで報告がないため、これを明らかにすることで、遺伝子多型に基づいた笑いによる寿命延伸および健康寿命延伸法の開発に貢献することが期待される。
