Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、社会参加をしていない地域在住高齢者における健康維持への対策を見出すことにある。そのために社会参加をしていない高齢者のQOLの変化や要介護の発生状況を経年的に調査し、健康が維持できている要因を様々な特性から明らかにしていく。得られた結果は、社会参加に繋がらない高齢者に対する、保健師による介護予防や訪問型サービスの介入などに反映してくことができ、高齢者の介護予防事業・サービスに有益な対策を提供できる。スケジュールは、2024年度は準備期間および調査開始、2025から2026年度は調査の継続とデータ収集および解析、2027年度は全体のデータ解析および学会発表・論文作成を計画している。
