Outline of Research at the Start

社会活動や社会とのつながりの減少からフレイルが進行する可能性が示唆されるが、社会活動をしたくてもできない状態に至ってしまう要因については未だ解明されていない。特に、呼吸機能の低下（呼吸サルコペニア）は社会活動を阻害しフレイルを加速させると推察されるが検証されていない。本研究では、最大静的呼気・吸気口腔内圧を計測して呼吸サルコペニアの実態を把握し、地域在住高齢者における呼吸サルコペニア保有状況と予後との関連について検証することを目的とする。
