Outline of Research at the Start

保健師に求められつつも日常業務の中での実践に困難をきたしている、個別の健康問題から解決すべき地域の健康課題へ思考を展開する地域診断の実践技術を、保健師が日常業務の中で高め合うことができるOJTモデルを開発する。
2020～2024年度の研究で開発中の「1歳6か月児健診後カンファレンスにおける地域の健康課題発見型カンファレンスモデル」を、その他の保健活動場面にも適用し「個別課題から地域課題へ展開するOJTモデル」に発展させる研究である。
