Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，医療と介護の連携をふくめた褥瘡のシームレスケアの実態を調査し，効率的なモデルを構築することである．調査方法は，ナショナルデータベース（NDB）と介護データベース（DB）を用いて褥瘡の発生した高齢者がどのようなサービスを利用して褥瘡の管理を受けているのか，また各サービス利用の経時的推移を明らかにする．さらに，マルコフモデルによるシュミレーションからサービス（加算を含める）が利用された場合と利用されなかった場合を比較する費用効用分析を行う．病院・施設経営者の立場から経済分析することで，各施設の管理上の課題を含めた褥瘡のシームレスケアの実現のためのモデルを提示する．
