Outline of Research at the Start

日本では、若年成人の子宮頸がん、中咽頭がんなどのヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV）関連疾患が増加し、問題になっている。HPVは性交で感染するので、感染予防効果のあるHPVワクチンを思春期に接種することが重要である。女性の場合、子宮頸がん予防を目的に接種率を向上させる取り組みが行われているが、男性では進んでいないため接種率は極めて低い。そこで本研究では、思春期男子の接種に対する親の意思を高める啓発プログラムを開発する。まず、息子の接種に対する親の意思の程度および意思決定の影響要因を調査する。次に、息子への接種意思が低い親を標的にした意思決定影響要因を考慮したプログラムを開発し、その効果を検証する。
