Outline of Research at the Start

看護・介護現場での職業性腰痛の発生件数は大幅に増加しており，「健康の影響による出勤している労働者による生産性の損失額（以下，プレゼンティズム）」は年間10兆円を超えている．だが，プレゼンティズムを引き起こしている３大症状（腰痛，頚部痛，メンタル症状）の実態が把握できていないため，症状や，作業時に対する適切なプログラムが確立しておらず，3大症状改善のための包括的なケアプログラムも構築されていない．そこで本研究は，３大症状の実態を把握し，「症状ケアプログラム」および「教育プログラム」を確立し，「包括的ケアプログラム」による3大症状改善の効果検証を行う．
