Outline of Research at the Start	子宮頸がんはヒトパピローマウイルス（以下、HPVとする）ワクチンの接種とがん検診により予防することができるが、わが国ではワクチンの副反応の課題から接種が進んでいなかったため、将来子宮頸がん罹患のリスクが高まることが危惧されている。子宮頸がん予防として、HPVワクチンに関する正しい知識や制度を知る機会が少なかった女性に対して意思決定のための支援を行うことが重要である。本研究では、思春期の子と親の定期予防接種であるHPVワクチン接種行動の現状と課題を明らかにする。明らかになった実態をもとにHPVワクチン接種の意思決定支援プログラムを開発し、その効果を評価する。
